Oh boy, do I love food! I have spent the last 15 years playing with my food and have been very lucky to work with some amazing clients. I have been trained at a graduate level on recipe development and furthered my skills working with top chefs and brands, helping make their recipes accessible to the average home cook. I offer recipe development and testing for meal kits, blogs, cookbooks, and consumer packaged goods. My speciality lies in alternative diets, like gluten free, paleo, and vegan.
